Best Prices, Best Quality, Best Service---Why Buy Scrapbooking Supplies Anywhere Else?

My name is Michelle and I am addicted to Scrapbooking. I guess my obsession began about 6 years ago. While I had always kept photos in albums I really began to take pride in them after my daughter was born.
Several months ago a good friend turned me on to Lifetimemoments.com Lifetime moments is a combination of message boards, a gallery, and a shop. I visit this site almost daily and have purchased a few times from the lifetimemoments.com store.
The store recently had a major overhaul to become more user friendly. You now can see what's in stock, how many are left, save items (for a period of time) in your shopping cart all in an easy to use format. Products are shipped quickly (usually within about 5 days), packaged nicely, and backed with tremendous service.
All of the orders that I have placed have arrived in a timely manner, been packaged perfectly, and have been accurate. Some even come with a free little thank you gift. I have read (on the message boards) about others who may have had a problem with an order and Jackie (owner) has always been great about correcting the problem.
Perhaps my favorite thing about ordering from Lifetime Moments is the shipping rates and the fact that I can pay via PayPal. Lifetime Moments charges actual shipping charges. Many online sites charge you a flat fee which can be astronomical if you only need an item or two. For instance, I needed just some shaped eyelets that I could not find in a local store. I ordered them from Lifetime moments and only paid the actual shipping, which was about 60cents. Try and find that elsewhere!
The customer service at Lifetime Moments simply cannot be beat. It is obvious that Jackie cares about her customers. Unlike many other online sites who take days to respond or simply send you a blanket prefab response, Jackie takes the time to respond personally.
The store is laid out nicely with pictures of all the products and some descriptions of what the product can be used for. She carries many of the latest and greatest scrapbook supplies, choosing carefully so as not to sell her customers a poor quality product. Because Jackie attends the latest product showcases she gets to see the products before it hits the stores. Many people have asked about certain products and Jackie is always honest about the quality of the product and why she chooses not to carry that. You are getting a quality product when you order from Lifetime Moments.
In addition to purchasing products you can also purchase gift certificates. I was surprised to receive one of these from my best friend one afternoon. Knowing that I have a little scrapbook spending money is a beautiful thing.
Lifetimemoments.com is more than just a scrapbook store. As I mentioned there are several message boards nicely organized and moderated. Here you can chat with other scrapaholics about the latest products and techniques. Of course if you just want to chat there are areas for that as well. There is also a swap area where you can join in swaps of scrapbook products or homemade items. These are great and while Jackie reminds you that you participate at your own risk, she is careful to make sure everyone plays by the rules.
Another area of Lifetime Moments that I love is the Gallery. This is a great place to visit. It is organized very nicely and includes scrapbooking layouts from members of Lifetime Moments. You will simply be blown away by the incredible work these scrappers do. I like to just go check out the latest postings for inspiration and to just see what everyone is doing. The members of this board are so helpful and will answer any scrapbooking questions you have.
A weekly newsletter is available for email subscription. The newsletter is chockfull of information. It includes gallery pictures of featured products that are used by the sites design team. These design team members take products and show you different ways to use them. This is extremely helpful. The newsletter also includes new product information and information about members. There is also a spotlight where they randomly select layouts from the gallery to showcase.
If you are a scrapbooker, or know someone who is, I highly recommend Lifetime Moments. You will not find better service, quality, or prices at any other online scrapbook site.
