My best shopping experience online, I was a bit nervous before I placed my order seeing some of the negative review's posted here so I called and spoke to a customer service rep that explained to me that the Company had just moved to a new location and experienced some issues with there new software but its all behind them so I placed my order and received the Britax carseat the very next day, Cant do much better then that, Thanks Babyage....
