Pros: clear, detailed, easy to understand instructions, simple to set up and use.
Cons: none.
The Bottom Line: Buy this instead of the Emerson Switchboard. You won't regret it. It is a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

To spare the repetition, read my other review on the Emerson Switchboard, a shoddy, do-nothing piece of crap. This unit, on the other hand, is everything that Switchboard is not. Clear, detailed, easy to follow instructions, an excellent web site, and it is also smaller and I think nicer looking than the Emerson. If you are going to buy a call intercepting device, this is the one. I had it hooked up and running in less than five minutes. Also, the directions explain clearly how to hook up this unit with a caller ID box, the Emerson leaves you guessing. This unit is available at Target stores (at least in my city), which is where I got mine, and also at Radio Shack. If you cannot find it at a store, you can order directly from the manufacturer at www.catchacall.com. Well worth the difference in price!!
