Their website is very easy to navigate. The price for the headphones was about the same as eBay but the shipping cost from B&H was better. I received the headphones within a week (no special shipping). They were well packaged and they sound very good even when just playing music on my computer at work. For a brick and mortar store, the prices were good on the other items that I looked at: binoculars and digital cameras. I'll be sure to check them again when I'm ready to buy a digital camera.
