I log onto Epinions.com after two or so months of vacationing, to find the site had an overall. WHAT? Where did the Epinions go that I loved so much? How could this be happening? If you are new to Epinions, then you probably have no clue what I am talking about. And yeah Epinions still rocks, but not like it used to. I remember going into Epinions and having tons of people reading and rating my reviews. I could remember getting e-mails from masses of people, saying how much they missed reading my stuff. But now, it is a whole new World out there. First: Half of my Trusted friends are gone. I am not sure what happened to them. I know I trusted some people for up to a year now and now I no longer trust them? What is that about? I am sure no one hacked my account, because I still had a huge E-roylaties to cash in. But, I can not remember deleting half of my friends off my list. Second: It took my almost two weeks to figure this new layout, out. No I am not some dumb blond, but still. I still haven’t figured every feature out yet. In fact, I have NO CLUE how to delete some of the old reviews that have not been rated on the new scale. (Clue me in please.) Finally: So what is a girl to do? Someone suggested just moving on. Leave Epinions.com in that little book of memories in your head. And I reply, “But I love, well loved Epinions.” My friend says it was all in my reply. I LOVED EPINIONS. Not love, past tense, not the present case of love. So like an ex-boyfriend I have yet to get over, I will try to hold my head up high and move on. Yeah I will occasionally write something here and there. But without my huge ring of trusted friends, I doubt it will make a difference on the site. *Note: If anyone knows why half of the people I trusted disappeared, please let me know. I do feel really bad about the whole situation.
