The Bottom Line
There are NOT 1.5 MILLION ITEMS only massive dutch quantity crap that gets counted in this bloated fake total. I see the government intervening soon to shut them down.

Everything about Bidbay is fraudulent and bloated. They claim to have 1.5 million items. Upon further study you will find that there are a select few sellers "spamming" the site with redundant listings in large quantities. Those massive Dutch auctions are what that 1.5 million item numbers are comprised of. I would say there are about 10,000 unique items or less on the site. For each seller selling a recipe with a quantity of 250 listed 4 times the total for Bidbays front page has just gone up by 1,000.
The feedback system is just as shady. All I would need to do is list a few of these massive Dutch auctions, have 5 friends bid on 20 each then leave me feedback on each and every one of them ......in 24 hours I will have bloated my feedback rating to 100+ A feat it took me an entire year of consistant part-time selling on ebay to achieve 100+ feedbacks. On the legitimate auction sites only unique users add towards you final feedback rating. So my return customers as much appreciated as they are do not count in my total feedback even though their returning feedback is show to see it is not counted. If I were a regular seller on Bidbay I'd easily have a 1,000+ feedback in a matter of a couple months of part time selling.
The list goes on......another epinion member had touched on the cult mentality of its sellers and that is the truth. They have a few regulars on their chat boards. Every time their CEO (lol) posts some bloated fake achievement those few cultists are right there posting within minutes with their praises. If anyone dare speak against their cult leader..... if they aren't edited out within minutes then the cult members promptly harass and threaten via email to that person.
The whole bidbay concept is actualy pretty scary I have no intention of ever selling there again.
