The Bottom Line the Bowflex is worth the money and space
First thing you should know about the bowlfex is the amount of room it takes up. The Power Rods extend about three feet from the center of the bowflex. You have to be extremely careful when doing reps, so as not to hit someone with the Power Rods if they are walking in the room that you are using bowflex in. Also, the bench comes down and adds about 4-5 feet downward from the center. The following (bad) diagrams show the difference in the way it unfolds. The one on the left is the bowflex unfolded. The one on the right shows the bowflex when it is folded up.
