A salesperson at Best Buy today told me that every one of the Creative Nomad Jukebox units they've sold has been returned! I could not verify the reliability of that statement, but I did suspect that carrying around a spinning hard drive was not a good idea. One good jolt will kill a computer hard drive even if it's not operating.
