I ordered a Vaio laptop, which the website confirmed was in stock and was also confirmed by phone. Ten days later, and the order was "still processing", but they never called or emailed to say why. I have called twice and been told that the item might be out of stock, even though their website still confirms that they have it in stock. Two weeks later, and still nothing. Also, J&R never contacted me to let me know what was happening. I'm feeling strung along.
