Pros: VGA,DVI,Component, 4 line digital comb filter, S-Video out. Lots of features, and easy to use.
Cons: Only thing I disliked is the price.
The Bottom Line: For what you get it is a great value. Get it and watch some HDTV man!

| rexoverbey's Full Review: HD-SAT520 satellite receiver |
I first purchased a Hughes model directv hd receiver and took it back. This Zenith model has many more features and connections. It is built on the same metal chasis as the Sony model. The Hughes receiver only had component out for it's hd out. Where as the Zenith model has VGA, DVI, and Component. The OTA receiver also picked up the channels better also, I picked up a lot more digital channels. The picture quality is great and so far I can't complain. Just wish the unit was a little cheaper. I paid $600 for the unit when it first came out. Why are these HD receivers so expensive compared to SD? Directv could use a few more HD channels also (only HDNET,HBO,Showtime, and a couple others for $10 a month). Would recomend this over the other units out right now.
UPDATE: This receiver can now be purchased for around $300. I have since had a Voom HDTV receiver made by Motorolla and I still prefered the Zenith SAT520.
