Pros: Cheap and Small
Cons: Phonebook is lacking.
Appears to be failing on me.
The Bottom Line: Cheap phone for a cheap price. It's great as long as you know what you're getting yourself into, but I expect things to last a bit longer than this...

I'll keep it short and sweet.
The phonebook is somewhat flawed because entries can only have 12 letters. I can never fit people's entire names into it.
The display is a little small, and it's a bit of a pain to browse for people. When you go into the phonebook and do a search, it does a substring search, not an alphabetical one. So if you enter "An" searching for "Ann" or "Andy", you'll end up getting "Randy", "Ryan", etc. My old Motorola didn't have either of these problems.
After about 1.5 years or so, it's also starting to fail on me. Occasionally just turns itself off, and I don't know why. I tried cleaning off the battery contacts and the area between the battery and the phone, but it still does it every once in a while.
It needs to be rebooted once/day (I usually do it at night) or else it starts acting up.
