Cons: Poor games, ringtones, and menu... ONLY 12 LETTERS TO ENTER FOR NAME

Great sound and look...bad phonebook, awful games, awful sound...otherwise decent...It isn't color, so it is behind in its time...Antenna bends easily! Do you really want a phone that is expensive for what it does...no...there are many more options and there are more cons than pros for this phone... It has great clarity, but too many bad features... If you have a Verizon get a color phone for a hundred dollars more...this phone is sooooooooooo bad that I had it for three days, returned it, then bought the LGVX4400... Buy this only if you are short on money and you like fussing about your phone... you can only enter 12 characters maximum for someones name...my name is Michael GREEN...a small average name and it won't fit...that is BS!
