web site failed to concluded the sale and order, when called customer service, 2 orders were mistakenly entered by the sales representative.
The laptop broke 26 days after purchase.
I requested tech support which went nowhere , same suggestions time and time again. After 1 week of unsuccessful results, I returned the item. three weeks after the item has being returned, the broken part came from Dell. I had to returned it at my expense, as they claim that if I hold on to it, I will be charged for.
I financed through Dell Finance who is still incorrectly billing me after the item had been returned and still does after 1.5 years later and still unresolved. Calling either tech support or finance was a minimum of 45 minutes. The Finance department is extremely uncooperative.
