They shipped two days late. The main manual wasn't original, but was a photocopy. Several accessory manuals were missing. Most of the items appeared to have been opened before. The camera wouldn't focus, so I contacted Customer Service. They gave me a line of bull about the manuals and told me to return the camera but I had to pay for it (in spite of their online policy saying they will pay for it). I returned the camera and asked for a refund. I finally received a refund on my credit card minus the original shipping. One last note: I noticed on their sales receipt they listed three camera shops, Mr Accessory and two others (I've forgotten their names). I had previously read bad reviews about one of the others and had decided I would never deal with them. If I had known they were one and the same I would never have ordered from Mr. Accessory. I also question the value of some of the reviews that I read now, as when I received the camera Mr. Accessory offered a free gift after you review them - I wonder if you'd get the gift if you wrote a bad review?!
