Ordered my camcorder online on a weekend, got email confirmation on monday, verified order status as "Shipped" on tuesday and received the camcorder via Fedex on thursday! That to me is a great shopping experience! I am glad no one tried to sell me accessories to go with the camcorder.
The price was about $10 - $20 higher than some other websites, but it's definitely worth the peace of mind I got by a problem-free shopping experience.
