If you value service go elsewhere

Pros:None.
Cons:Customer service is really bad, long wait time on phone.
The Bottom Line: If you value good customer service, do not want to wait on the phone for 45 minutes, and a clear signal then do not go with Sprint.
Where do I begin. The customer service is horrible. I have attempted on a couple of occasions to get a hold of their customer service to speak with a real person and was on hold average of 45 minutes. Then when I did get a hold of a live person they where rude and inconsiderate. The coverage was terrible if you left the outskirts of Las Vegas then you would be on roam or have no signal. The clarity was also very bad I had lots of static. Needless to say Sprint is the worse cell phone service I have ever had and I have had a few. I have had another phone with Verizon for a few years and have had very minor issues, a couple of dropped calls so I would recommend looking at other carries.
