802.11g networks run at 54Megabits per second, not 54 Megabytes. 54 Megabits is approximately 6.75megabytes per second.

wireless G runs in 2.4 gigahertz band not in 5 ghz band??? (Reply to this comment)

As far as I know the G band is 2.4 ghz not 5 ghz. There are some A, G, B wireless pcmcia cards that can address all three standards but as far as I know this card is G, B bands only. But Linksys does make one that can do all three; it's currently 99.00 for that card.

I'm new to this stuff too but I'm fairly sure I've got that right so you might want to slightly reword that section. Just a helpful hint no offense intended.
