My family uses Orbitz almost every time we book a flight, which is quite often. What we like most about it is how easy it is to use. It never takes us long to get the ticket we're looking for, we always find a great rate and we've never had trouble actually getting the ticket in our hands, which has been a problem with other online travel sites. The newest thing I really like when using Orbitz is being able to book hotel rooms as well. We just booked a trip to Miami and the hotel room as well.. very convenient.
