We purchased a faucet from Faucet.com. The faucet arrived in less than a week. Then 4 months later we had a problem with it leaking. I called expecting to have problems, but their customer service was excellent. They sent out a new one, had the old one picked up and credited me in a very timely fashion. We will definitely purchase again.
