Ordering was easy and straight-forward. I received no calls from the merchant or attempts to sell me accessories or any additional items. Even though I had them send it to my work address (not my billing address) and I chose the cheapest shipping method (FedEx Ground), I still received the camcorder in 3 business days! All in all, a smooth, positive experience.
