Until recently, I've always had good experiences with this online store. But in the past six months or so, I've found that they've made several errors. Two of my purchases, including the one mentioned in this review, went to completely different addresses in different cities, through no fault of my own. They then charged me more than once for both the purchase and the shipping, and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with different customer service reps trying to straighten it all out. It did eventually work out, and I can allow for this kind of thing once, but when it happens twice in a row, it makes me wonder if they've changed their management in some way or if they're simply not as concerned about customer service as they used to be.
