I really like this phone. It is compact and portable, but the keypad is still easy to use for a person with big hands. The reception quality is exceptional, as good as any phone I have ever used. I like all the features of this phone, especially the speed dialing and the text messaging. The best thing about the text messaging is that you don't have to repeatedly press the keys to get the specific letter you want. Just type the word, and the phone's memory knows what it is. The one thing that I hate about this phone is the user manual. It is very cumbersome and difficult to follow. The icons are barely legible and the index is not complete at all. Something as basic as "Charging the battery" does not appear in the index. This difficult user manual will probably prevent me from fully using all the features available to me. The other minor flaw is that it is difficult to remove the little rubber thing that covers the place where you insert the battery charger.
