The memory arrived on time, no problem, but turned out to be the wrong memory for the system, and was not the manufacturer stated on the web site. I emailed for an RMA (there's no phone number to call), and a few days later received a reply, no problem, so I sent the memory back. A few days after I knew they'd received the return (by the tracking number), I sent an email asking about the refund. They said no problem, the credit will be issued today. A few days later, I notice a credit for only 80% of the price paid. Their policy clearly states that they will refund the full purchase price plus up to $4.99 in return shipping. I've sent several emails asking about the rest of the credit, but to date have received no response.
