I bought a canon s50. I had some doubts using a online store I had never heard of but the reviews seems decent. The price was excellent. With shipping it was $490 vs retail (best buy, et al) stores which charged $599. Amazon charged around $550 and didn't have one in stock. The shipping date was better than they promised. I got the product after 3 working days. In fact, their projected date was 6-7 days. Tracking was provided via Fed Express and very effective. The actual product works fine and I'm enjoying playing around with it.
The only issue I had was that they called and left a message for me. I tried to call back to figure out what the call was for. They never called back so I assume it was a confirmation call or maybe they wanted to sell me something else. But their lack of followup could be an indicator that customer service is not readily available if problems do develop. Overall the experience went fine and it's great to save some cash.
