Ok, I must start out with the fact that I know VERY little about the actual Home Shopping Network! We don't have cable out here and so I have only caught glimpses of the show when zipping through the channels at my Mom's who does have cable.
I doubt I would have watched it even if we had it as I won't buy something because a celebrity pushes it, (although I would avoid anything Calista Flockhart sells)I do so love a good deal!
With all this said, my first order from HSN.com came today :-)
FINDING WHAT YOU NEED
There are two main ways to locate things ~
1. Using the Search option that works by keyword or item number.
2. Using the bar along the side that has 3 selection choices, all with multiple categories under them ~

SHIPPING
There is no set shipping chart and/or fee. The shipping charges are stated for each item and you are able to see this amount right next to the price.
The shipping cost seem to vary A LOT! I saw items that cost $139 and had a shipping fee of $18.95 and then another item that cost only $26.50 and had a shipping fee of $13.95 and yet others that offered FREE shipping! Go figure! Just make sure to add in the shipping cost when comparing the price to other sites!
SHOPPING
When you find something you like, you can click on the picture or the more info link to get a more detailed description and a larger picture.
To purchase something, you need to click the ADD TO CART button and put in the number you want to purchase. You can then continue shopping or head to the checkout.
Once you are ready to checkout you need to register, giving all the regular billing and mailing information along with choosing a password. After registering, you will be able to have this information on file and save time checking out in the future by just giving them your phone number and password.
After submitting your order you will get a confirmation number. This is followed up with a detailed confirmation email. Another email is sent once your order is shipped.
My order was delivered 2 weeks to the day after I ordered it by the USPS. I was NOT charged Washington State sales tax.

I ordered the Tupperware Sizzling Summer 13-Piece Set in Rolling Tote which consists of a insulated, rolling tote filled with 12 dining and/or storage units. It states the retail value is $104.72 which I highly doubt, but their cost is only $17.70 and so even with the $5.95 shipping fee was a good deal. I was able to use a 25% off coupon which made the deal even sweeter!
The set came in a box that was only a bit bigger than the set, unlike the Amazon boxes that are always 5 times the size of the product! It came with an invoice, a TV listing of their show and a 20% of coupon for their Improvements section.
All in all, I was happy with my purchase form HSN.com and would probably buy from them again if another deal comes up! I have a couple of friends that have been burned on their purchases but felt safe in buying Tupperware as I was already familiar with the product.
As always, be sure to check around (and then check again) to make sure you are getting the best possible deal!
