I ordered a sony DCR-trv19 camcorder for my parents a couple of weeks ago and had really good experience. The price was pretty good. No salesman keep asking me to buy the accessories and so on. And it arrived one day before I expected. The product is excellent so that I made the decision to get one for myself. I placed an order the day before yesterday and got their confirmation email immediately. Today I got the tracking number. So far so great.
