I have just recently began using Orbitz hotel booking feature for both my business and personal trips. I was weary about using online services to book hotel rooms as I've had a number of bad experiences in the past with other sites. For the past few months I have been booking my hotel rooms through Orbitz and have been gettint excellent rates, but more importantly, have never had a single problem with my reservation. The site is very easy to use to book a hotel and it always gives you enough information to make the right choice. I'm very happy with this service and am glad that Orbitz has decided to add hotel booking to their site.
