I've had a lot of nice new cars (Mercedes, Camaro, MR2, Lexus) but this is the first one that I intend to keep forever.

It grew on me immediately and, after 8 months, I love the thing.

It draws smiles anywhere I go and people come up all the time to ask me about it. I must say, I like the attention.

This is the S model and it goes like heck, for such a small car. It handles like a slot car and feels very confident on tight curves. With the back seats down, my shopping sprees at Costco seem to disappear, like magic into the open hatch.

The ride on some freeways is kind of choppy, due to the short wheelbase. It's fine for 45-60 minutes at 65mph, but after that, I miss the ride of the Lexus. I mostly use this car around town. It's perfectly matched for city driving.
