I ordered an item that I needed immediately for a work project. I paid for 3-day air, but it's been 10 days. I have emailed their customer service 3 times and have not received a response. They sent me an email a week ago claiming it had been shipped. I do not have an item, cannot find it on Fedex.com, and cannot get a response from the company. I am considering putting a stop payment on my credit card if the item is not at my house within 48 hours.
