My experience at The Best Things was excellent. I had some questions about my purchase, and they responded by email the same day. In the end, the advice I received actually helped me save some money and for me, any retailer that will sacrifice some revenue to insure the satisfaction of their customers is doing their job ethically. My order shipped the next day, and since it crossed the border to Canada, it took a little longer than I expected. This is obviously beyond the control of the retailer, but it is a fact for Canadians doing business online.
