I had a terrible experience with ATT WS and mLife cell phone. The converage is okay in my area, but in case you travel, you get calls drop off, no signal, etc. One weird thing I had is that the phone showed a strong signal, but could not make any call for almost 6 hours. This is really bad service.

Among all is the terribly bad customer service. You either wait hours to talk with someone, and once you get a rep on the line, they do not understand what do you need. Just avoid it. Also, the method that your credit card is automatically charged once your balabce is low is very bad idea. It is the great forumla to make money from frustarted customers.
