abercrombie.com offers trendy, high quality apparel for women and men. Apparel has a focus group of teens, college students, and young adults, with many adults liking the merchandise as well. The site offers excellent photos, descriptions and navigation. A remarkable feature of this site is the changing room feature, allowing you to see a realistic glimpse of the outfit chosen. Order completion is easy. My orders have always arrived on time, been accurate and the charges to my card are correct. I am exceptionally pleased with abercrombie.com and will continue to patronize this merchant.

It is no secret that I am a fan of online shopping. Also, most of my friends know that there are many stores that I would rather shop online than at the brick and mortar version, Abercrombie & Fitch Online Store is one of them. This merchant offers high-quality, trendy fashions.
My oldest daughter likes a majority of the clothing from this store and she is excited to finally be able to wear the shirt sizes that are offered. In addition to this primary site, this merchant offers a link to http://www.abercrombiekids.com/, expanding the availability to kids needing sizes 7-16 (including slim).
The merchandise sold here is upscale, with prices that are high. Yet the quality is good, making it a store that I will continue to patronize. Personally I like portions of their athletic-wear, especially the zipped hoodies. I have also purchased undies, pants and shirts. A majority of my purchases are for gift-giving purposes.
Navigation is splendid at this site with the exception of the rich graphics that cause a minor delay, to which I fault our dreaded dial-up connection. From the home page you will choose from the five departments: men, women, kids, A&FTV cliff climbing, or A&F challenge. It is important to note that the last three are links, leaving the primary purpose of abercrombie.com to be apparel for men & women, and company information.
Everything is clearly marked and all of the apparel and accessories are within categories. For example, I select womens from the home page, navigating to the main department. I am now at the home page for the womens department, which offers a primary picture and a list of categories:

The attention to detail at this site is remarkable, allowing a graphic to show for each product name scrolled over. This feature holds true at each subcategory page. For example, upon selecting sale accessories, I am taken to a page that lists each item, a small graphic of the item (that you scroll over) appears to the left side of the listing.
Another remarkable way to shop at this site is via use of the changing room. This feature allows you to interchange ensemble choices, allowing you a visual of the outfit. The images show in the middle. To the right is a menu, allowing you to scroll all available items that are within the primary department you are shopping (men, women, girls, boys). On the left are boxes allowing you to select the color and size of the item being viewed. Do you want a different color? No problem, just select it, and the graphic changes to show you the actual color. Want a closer look? Just click on the image and view the enlarged image. On the top right corner of the zoomed image you can opt to proceed to the next color.
Returns are simple to complete; they're allowed via Smart Label™ mail return or in store. I have never been challenged with regard to exchanges or returns, but I have always had my invoice.
Please note that some graphics might offend those that are objective to seeing skin, er, in other words it is not uncommon (on main pages) to see breasts (not nipples) and other anatomy. This site is probably PG-13 by some people's classifications.
