Pros: Speedy, nice screen size, keyboard is reasonable size to use
Cons: A little weighty for travel
The Bottom Line: A good deal at the time; satisfied with speed; the HD size is more than adequate and I back up my files to CD. I'm really happy with this product.

| sarajane's Full Review: Toshiba Satellite 2435-S255 (PS243U-0276RV) PC Not... |
I purchased my Toshiba laptop in April 2003 and have had a great experience thus far.
I have a separate 17" monitor that I intended to hook up and a Microsoft Natural keyboard that I used on my previous desktop...I have not connected either one to my laptop on the 4 months I have had it. I like the screen quality, and spend hours working on the laptop doing Excel, Word and Internet Exploring. I DID hook up a track ball mouse because I can't stand the little mouse pads on laptops. However, as far as mouse pads go, the one on this little toy works pretty well. It is responsive and pretty easy to track.
The product came with everything I needed to get up and running from the get go and everything is working great.
I notice that it may be a little heavy for toting around but I use it as my home desktop PC so I don't notice the weight.
Overall a great story to tell.
