The Bottom Line: It looks great, is light but durable, and has survived hundreds of baggage handlers.
I bought this bag after buying Samsonite and other lines. It is far superior than anything I have ever used.
My husband travels about 15 days a month and the suitcases he uses still look almost brand new after a year. A major feat considering the beating the airlines give luggage.
For our personal travel, it also works well. It's easy for me to handle alone and I love the color - sage. It's easy to pick out the lighter color from the sea of black on the airport carousels.
The handle construction was a major concern to us, since we have had more than one handle break on other suitcases. We were almost sold on a Samsonite set until we noticed the flimsy handle. After dragging a Samsonite garment bag through an airport we learned the importance of quality handles.
We were both a little unsure of the Atlantic Professional 2.0 series when we purchased it, but have been extremely pleased with our purchase.
