Pros: Quality, Best in SF, Customer Service. CHEAP!
Cons: Lack of Bluetooth phones, Lack of the latest greatest phones. Ugly logo!
The Bottom Line: There really is no other choice in the city...

I have been with Verizon for one year now as of July 17 2003. Many of these other reviews are out dated, I have had almost every dispute with Verizon resolved with a credit to my account. Great customer service! They will switch your account on the fly which I have done many times. There is also no wait time when you call for service.
I used AT&T for one year and they were no where near as helpful in the customer service department. Sprint, Celular One, and the rest are usless in San Francisco proper, everyone I know that uses these services are constantly cut off and have plenty of static.
My only complaint is the lack of newer cooler phones, like Sprint and At&t, but I'm guessing that's how prices are kept lower. No video support etc..
By the way AT&T Sucks!
