I am usually a surgical shopper. Get in, get out, badabing. This site has great search capability, I always find exactly what I am looking for. Their recommended accessory area (cross-sell - shown when you are viewing a particular item) is usually right on, causing me to wander around looking for things I might have to convince the wife that I have to have ;-)
Navigation
The site is easy to navigate, has a great layout, and is easy to use. All items have good pictures associated with them.
Selection
They have just about any dive equipment that I think I would ever need. Most of the major scuba brands.
Fast
Items always ship out very quickly. I always order at night and my items go out first thing the next day. I get an email with tracking information.
Closed Occasionally
They were closed for one week during a religious holiday in the Spring and they note it. Just make sure you plan for this eventuality.
Customer Service
Very responsive to emails and order comments. I ordered a dive knife and commented to remove the straps I ordered if the knife came with straps and they emailed me right back and told me that they honored my request.
Prices
They usually beat most prices that I have seen at other sites. My dive computer was significantly less than other places. Some items which are cheaper or lower margin have comparable prices. Shipping & Handling rates were normal. I used 2 day air so I would have it for the weekend.

By my sister who had shopped several times before recommending it to me.
Bottom Line
I have shopped from here several times and I will continue to do so.
