my 2nd order to Tiger is held for verification, i called yesterday twice and there was no answer after over 10 minutes each time. today i was off so i called an rode out the hold, after 15 minutes belsy ext 5325 picked up and immediately put me on hold for approx 3-4 minutes came back asked my name and put me on hold again for 3-4 minutes each time she did not ask to put me on hold, she just did it. finally after veriflying my data she hung up on me, dropped the call, hit the wrong button while once again putting me on hold whatever. I then get a voice mail that i need to call in and start over???????????????????????????????
i called back in, the message said there would be an extended hold, i went to the website and called the number it refered me to there, chris 5927 tried to get me to call the other number where he admitted the hold was over 15 min now. i explained that that was unacceptible and i would not call that number and wait to be placed on hold and possibly hung up on again, he placed me on hold, and said he was transfering me directly to someone in verification, but from the hold messages it appears i was sent to the que again.
fianlly lester 5316 picked up i verified the same exact information as i did with belsy 5325 and he said ok thats done thank you.
