Big Al's Online, (www.bigalsonline.com) is the store expert fish keepers trust and use. It has the cheapest prices, and largest selection. I usually get delivery in 2 or 3 days, and everything that should be included is. Their customer service is great. I called once and my call was answered and the second ring by a human. I was never put on hold. In the end, I saved hundreds of dollars, and had a few products that couldn't be found in any Pet Store, (Bigalsonline.com carry Eheim filters, as well as Ebo-Jagur heaters, which are hard, if not impossible, to find in a store.)
