Good prices, 1 week order to in-hand, but expensive accessories.

Like typical NYC stores, they offer very low prices but, require you to call them to 'confirm' your internet order, which is actually a ruse for them to try to sell you (very) overpriced accessories. However, unlike other NYC based internet companies (that may offer the item for $10-30 less), they politely ask if you're interested in accessories and if you decline, they thank you and immediately ship your item. I have read that the other companies do not ship you anything if you refuse to 'subsidize' their low cost with their high price accessories. I received a FedEx tracking number by email the following day (but 48 hrs after placing the internet order) and received the product 2 days later.
The shipping box was in excellent shape, but the product/camera box had a crushed corner. The box is very robust so it must have been a fairly high fall, however, the camera was insulated in very good packing material and worked fine (have over seven 1-hr tapes since I bought it last month). Video camera did come with a USA warrantee and all the accessories. Box looked new and unopen, barring the dented corner.
Their web page is adequate but not polished looking and they do not carry a huge line of electronics and accessories. And as stated, the accessories are more expensive than local retailers (i.e. Best Buy, Circuit City)
