I was literally 10 minutes away from purchasing this product when I discovered through the review that folders aren't supported. I just assumed that most new mp3 players would be able to navigate music via folders, but apparantly this is not the case.
I find issues like this to be the most aggravating about the whole mp3 phenomenon in general - the emphasis is placed on songs, not albums, which leaves real music fans (who like to listen to albums) out of luck in so many cases.... from only being able to buy songs on iTunes to mp3 players that can't handle folder organizations, it seems my quest continues for mp3 happiness continues...
