I would not trust them. They're fine as long as you don't have a problem.

We had to return the product because it failed. From the time they received the phone back it took 2 weeks and three phone calls to get a refund.
They did not pay for return shipping and made it sound like it was our fault for picking the wrong way to ship. They promised some sort of refund but never responded.
