Alloy online offers an excellent assortment of trendy apparel for those seeking Junior sizes 0 - 29. Additionally they offer an assortment of shoes, accessories, and novelties. The merchandise at this online store is targeted toward tweens, teens, college students, and young adults. You will find sought after brands such as Mudd, Roxy, Billabong, Hurley, Dickies, Vans, Puma, Union Bay, and more.
My daughter, 13, likes to browse the mail-order catalog, highlight what she likes, and then I (or her Grandmother) place the order via the Alloy online store. She also likes to browse the online store, as do I. This site offers good navigation. The departments are clearly marked and it is easy to hop between sections or return to the home page. You can also shop by category, brand or style.
Placing selections into the shopping bag is easy. But please note that certain items cannot be ordered online, you have to phone in the order. For example when attempting to order a ROXY sweatshirt, this message displays, "The manufacturer of this product restricts Alloy from selling this product online. To order, please call 1-888-45-ALLOY."
The pricing of the merchandise varies from good sales to typical suggested retail. Recently I was impressed with the pricing on a certain sweater my daughter wanted. We were able to purchase two at $20.00 each, versus the $40.00 for one that was advertised at a local retail outlet. However I will mention that we do shop around versus merely paying the normal suggested retail on certain name brand clothing sold at Alloy online store. For example a pair of Mudd jeans that my daughter wanted were approximately $10.00 less at www.jcpenney.com.
Our orders have arrived carefully packaged, in a timely fashion and the card charges have been accurate. As long as my daughter requests items from this merchant, I will continue to patronize this site. If you prefer Junior type of fashions or have a young lady on your gift giving list, I suggest browsing www.alloy.com!
Returns?
This merchant allows returns within 45 days from the date you receive the item, but must be accompanied with the packing list. Sale merchandise offers a 15-day exchange only policy. Please note that the shipping and handling charges aren't refunded.
