They need to update their system of delivery and have better e-mail manners!!

I had been looking for a double jogger that satisfied many needs, such as ease of folding, independent rear-shock absorbers, window on the canopy that has a closing flap, reclining seats, good seat belts or harnesses, and light in weight. I found it on the web on Baby Bungalow, and thought, "Oh, Free Shipping!! I would like to order from them!" So months went by, and after expecting our second baby with 2 months to go, I decided it was time. I read a review from epinions that convinced me that this was the jogger for us, and with my husband's blessing, I ordered it on line.
I was pretty happy with the ordering system, however, on the website, there is no way to track your order once the order has been placed, and you get this 4-digit order number. I may be spoiled, but I order on line quite frequently, and one of the things I don't want to stress out about is what is happening with my purchases, especially after spending over $200 from this unknown website.
I kindly placed an e-mail message asking about a possible tracking number from either UPS or FEDEX, which they claimed they used. I got a rude response back, saying that I just placed the order (Ok, it's been 3 days), and I should be getting the tracking number in 5 days. It took 8 days for them to send me the tracking number, and with no links attached to those numbers, so I had to hunt for the site which was really annoying. (Especially after the rude e-mail response, just short of telling me, "duh!")
Anyway, since I have gotten the tracking, I checked it, and even though they said it would be on time with their specific date, they ended up re-scheduling the day after that day had passed. It was really inconvenient, and I was unhappy, especially after that response I got from Baby Bungalow, that I would not order there again. (but happy with the product!)
