Well, I have recently brought DCR PC105. I did not have any problems in dealing with Digital Mega store, The representative was ok, and just gave me what I have asked for and did not force me on accessories or anything more.
My strong recommendation to you is not buy any accessories if you do not know the exact accessories with product number and details. And compare the price. Since I have asked for accessories (camcorder bag, tripod stand, filter and 2 cassettes) and they charged me $139. And I did not like the camcorder bag. So better to know your accessories in detail before you order.
On over all I am satisfied with service and shipping. But I would not give 100%, since customer service can only be tested if I there was some problem and how they resolved the issue.
