If there was a magazines anonymous, I would have to join. After all, I usually have at least 20 subscriptions per year. So, I am always searching for cheap ways to fund my habit. I had seen other epinionators recommend Magazinevalues.com as having low ...

Thanks for the Ebay idea! Once I get a permanent address there are a couple of scrapbook magazine subscriptions I'm interested in. I'll be sure to keep Ebay in mind.

I must throw away dozens of magazines every year. I get so many and, when I am good, I bring them to recycle at my local library. It never occurred to me to sell them. I will check out your site. I also have five empty ink jet cartridges sitting next to me right now. Hmmm - this is all very tempting.

Also back issues to be bought and sold. I just sold a few issues of Nickelodeon magazine, some from Time and Newsweek (autism related) and I sold two Thomas the tank magazines.

My id over there is (autismfamily) do a search under autism and find hundreds of items, many sell magazine issues to help pay for therapies. There is a whole section there and I have some that I listed last nite.

I also get samples of avon products to see if something I want before getting full size. One other tip - get ink jet cartridges there and also sell empty ones. I sold the lexmark color and black empties for $5.50 a few weeks ago.

Reason why I am scarce around Epinions.

Thanks for the good advice. I will have to check ebay. It never occurred to me to look there for magazine subscriptions.

I get a flood of spam and have never noticed an email from this site although I do mass deletes every day and don't study them to closely.

I have resigned myself to spam but I can't help myself when it comes to magazine values.

Thanks so much for leaving a comment!

Over the summer I got a three year subscription to Shape at Ebay for under five bucks. I started getting the issues two weeks ago and have received like four of them already!

I think I got a fish and stream one with magazine values, but I keep getting emails all the time from them.

Thanks for your comment. They actually do have the lowest prices on many subscriptions. Good luck!
