Pros: Loads of storage. Low power consumption. Fast data transfer rate. Shock impact and weather resistant.
Cons: Well, for one, the price. Not exactly 128MB of storage. More like around 120MB.
The Bottom Line: This SD card is great if you are one to download several 3rd party apps onto your pda, or if you store lots of high-quality digital photos.

First Experiences With SD:
.....I first learn about SD memory cards when I got my Palm Tungsten T pda. I learned that I could stick them into the expansion slot in my computer , allowing me to download several programs onto it. That was great because I like to download 3rd-party apps from the internet.
.....Soon I found out that the SD card that I used solemnly in my Palm computer was also able to be used in other devices as well. Digital cameras, MP3 players, and so much more.

Introduction To SD Cards:
.....SD, or Secure Digital, cards are stamp-sized floppy disk-looking disks that can store a fanominal amount of informtion among a wide variety of different appliances. These appliances include, but are not limited to: pdas, digital cameras, MP3 and other digital music players, cellular phones, smart phones, digital camcorders, vehicle navigation systems, and electronic books.

The Incrdible SD Card:
.....SD cards are so neato because they can store between 1MB upto 1GB of data. And whats more amazing is the fact that the SD card itself is only the size of an average postage stamp. The miniature dimensions are: about 1 inch wide, about 1 1/4 inches long, by about 2 milimeters thick. WOW!!!

The Looks:
.....The basic color of the shell of the card is blue. On the front of the card is the label sticker. The top half is red and has the Brand written in it, 'Sandisk'. The lower half of the label is clue and states the storage capacity of the SD card, '128MB', and the flash card type, 'SDcard'.
.....On the left-side of the card is a tiny switch that locks the computer when pressed down the whole way. You may need finger nails to slide the button up and down.

The Lock Switch:
.....Located on the left side, as described above, the security lock switch will allow you to lock the disk to ensure that the information is safe from the depths of deletion, and also from accessing the files inside.
.....When the switch is in the down-position, your card is locked and files are unaccessible to anyone. This also means that files on the SD card cannot be deleted while the switch is in lock position. When the switch is in up-position, then all files located on the card are accessible to anyone, and that files may be deleted from the card.

.....All-in-all, a Sandisk 128MB SD Compact Flash Memory Card is a great addition to any compatible device, whether it be a pda, digital camera, cell phone, or MP3 player.
.....If the sixty dollar price tag throws you off a bit, just stop by eBay.com and check out the selection of SD cards at prices far lower than their retail price. I save twenty on a 16MB SD memory card for my Palm Tungsten T.
