Great products - LOUSY customer service.

Dell made feel as if I was a King before and during the transaction of my new PC. My troubles started after the purchase. They responded to emails with form letter emails and they farm out their customer service calls to INDIA!!!! So talking to those people is like talking to a robot while they read off of cue cards. We tried BIOS updates for the system and the video. We tried removing the card and re-installing it. We tried settings. ALL to no avail. Turns out, the ATI 9700 Pro card was faulty. They hated to admit it and made me jump through hoops until I finally reached a tech (in the US) who just ok'd the graphics card replacement. After 6 months of begging, they sent me out a refurbished ATI 9800 Pro card. I couldn't be happier with this card and its performance.
They say that they have "award-winning" customer service? Where are they polling these people and what award did they win?
