I had a problem with a cordless phone I ordered and was initially concerned that they did not have a phone number to call. I used their web form to submit an RMA claim on the defective product and asked for alternatives. They answered my email within 4 hours AND pointed out a similar product that was better in quality and not prone to be defective and even sent me a URL link to it. They are knowledgeable and their RMA process was quick and easy. In short, they were a pleasure to do business with.
