Cons: Bad service, disorganized staff.

Fiurst of all, Kinko's as a whole is suited only for making the average person more disorganized and frustrated than before. Which is why I hate them. I have been told numerous times at on store that I should seek out a nearby Mailboxes Etc., or some other store. Tell me, is this good business? I don't think they will ever get their act together.
Now there's Kinko's online. Being an idiot, I decided to use them to make some business cards. When I logged on, the server went down just as I continued designing the cards. This experience cost me another half hour of my time. Then, when they were mailed, the cards contained an error not of my own doing! When I called in to complain, I was told by a bored rep. that I could send them back in and they would see what they could do. I did, and I did not see the cards again until a month later. To get them back, I had to call four times.
I personally believe that this company, online or not, is a disgrace, and I never plan to use them again in my life.
