Pros: None, as far as we're concerned
Cons: Numerous dropped calls and inability to use from our home in rural Illinois.
The Bottom Line: In all fairness, we also tried another service before U. S. Cellular, and their service/reception in our area was poor as well. They let us out of our contract.

There are supposedly towers all around us, and we were told we'd have no problem with using from our home in rural IL near Galesburg, Peoria, Quad Cities, etc. We are now paying approximately $50 a month for service that is virtually no good to us. We get no signals from our home most of the time, and we continuously deal with dropped calls. We bought this to use for our long distance service, since most of our family calls (and most of our daily calls) are long distance ones. It's terribly annoying to us, as well as to those we call when we're constantly cutting out and being dropped. We keep moving around, going outside, etc., but that might or might not help at the time. A real pain when it's snowing and cold outside! Can't wait to get out of this contract.
